Takayuki Yoshihara
He designs and wires digital PCBs in a way that is truly artistic and aesthetically pleasing. He is a specialist in multilayer PCB design, excelling at creating clean, fast, and easy-to-understand circuit designs. You can count on him for top-notch PCB design! He has loved the RX-8 for 19 years and is said to have honed his skills racing through the bayside tunnels at night in the past.

After over 10 years of experience in circuit board design, he has transitioned into sales. His knowledge of circuit board design, including all its nuances, is the highest in our company. He has antennas extended in various directions, so his range of sales activities is diverse. If you have a problem or are wondering if something is possible, consult him first.

An all-rounder who excels not only in circuit board design but also in enclosure design, assembly, and 3D data generation. He is particularly skilled in circuit board designs that require a bit of special precision. Legend has it that he can perform rivets even with his eyes closed! He’s also happy to chat about Gundam.

Yuriko Koba
The only female employee at Towa Circuit. You can count on her for errands and snack distribution. In reality, she handles everything from circuit board design to implementation, assembly, and even basic circuit design. A mother who takes care of cats, turtles, medaka fish, and boys. Her sense of responsibility and kindness brings vitality and charm to the company.

History Behind the Logo

We redesigned our logo in preparation for our 50th anniversary.

Selection Process of the Image Color

Green is the standard color of solder resist applied to the surface of printed circuit boards for insulation, symbolizing both PCBs and nature, reflecting our commitment to environmental sustainability. After discussions among employees, we chose green as it aligns with our company motto: "Continuously improving our technology to contribute to our business partners and society." It also represents our dedication to promoting SDGs, creating a stress-free work environment, and prioritizing employee health.

Process of Logo Creation

For the new logo, we collaborated with AIDMA Holdings Co., Ltd. Designers from across Japan submitted their ideas through a competition, and we selected the work that best embodied our company concept.

Message Behind the Logo from the Designer

Out of many submissions, the logo designed by Izumi Yamauchi from Osaka Prefecture was chosen. Here’s the message behind the logo from the designer:
"I designed the mark by integrating the letter 'T' of Towa Circuit with the image of a bird, fused with the color green. Birds are beloved motifs often used in characters and logos. The wings represent electronic circuits and the flow of electricity, symbolizing vitality. I hope this logo adds color to your 50th anniversary and continues to grow."
