Greetings
Prioritizing Work-Life Balance
and Contributing to Society!
Since our founding, our company has been building achievements in the field of printed circuit board design and manufacturing technology. Located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a hub of economic and informational activity, we have earned the support and cooperation of many clients, enabling us to build a solid track record across various industries. We continually strive to enhance our technical capabilities and facilities to meet our customers’ demands.
I firmly believe that the essence of a company's existence lies in its social contribution, and at the forefront of this is establishing a proper work-life balance for employees. As part of our efforts, we have improved the working environment and implemented initiatives to fulfill corporate social responsibilities. This includes obtaining certifications such as the Tokyo Work Style Reform and Minato-ku’s Tobacco Rules initiatives. Despite being a small company, we have earnestly pursued these goals and increased environmental awareness among our employees by acquiring environmental certifications, all while actively promoting SDGs initiatives.
I believe a company should serve as a foundation to support each individual's sense of purpose and fulfilling family life. Some employees are involved in PTA activities or serve as local welfare commissioners. Others contribute to the community by coaching local youth sports. Our founding president has even donated significant personal assets to local municipalities to establish funds that support the social activities of junior high and high school students. This spirit is deeply ingrained in our company culture.

Personally, I have taken over ten years to travel throughout 46 prefectures in Japan (excluding Okinawa) on my motorcycle during New Year and summer holidays. Camping along the way, I have experienced the rich nature, history, and culture of this country, gaining invaluable insights and showing that life is about more than just work.
Having lost my father during high school and witnessing my mother work tirelessly, I actively hire women with children, implementing flexible work hours and remote work systems. This creates an environment conducive to working from home, even for employees living in remote areas. Currently, employees from regions like Tohoku and Kyushu support our business as work-from-home moms. Under these corporate principles, we aim to provide stable quality, pricing, and delivery times, ensuring customer trust and contributing to society through better products.
